We hope that you will join us starting on Monday, January 22 as we prepare for our Spring Concert
“Over There-A Musical Remembrance of the War to End All Wars.” One hundred years ago the world was embroiled in a horrific conflict that ended on the 11th of November, 1918. Out of the carnage some great music was written both classical and popular. Well sing through a beautiful setting of “In Flanders Fields” as well as works by Debussy (who died in 1918) and George Butterworth, Ivor Gurney and, of course, George M. Cohan. We hope that you will join us for our first rehearsal at the Central Baptist Church, 99 Narragansett Avenue on Monday evenings starting on January 22.
