BIG Show – Thursday, 8/15!!

The 35^nd Annual Talent Extravaganza entitled “Summer in Jamestown” will take place on Thursday, August 15. The annual event is a fund-raiser for the local chorus which has been singing since 1949 and will celebrate 75 years of singing this coming December!

                Local musicians will take their turn at the mic to sing a variety of songs for you. A little easy listening, a little rock and roll, some Broadway, well…you get the idea. We have a harp/recorder/guitar trio, a young flautist from Ukraine and the Everybody Chorus!!

And, we’ll draw the three lucky winners for the raffle (you need not be present to win.)

                Please stop by the Rec Center at 41 Conanicus Avenue on the Jamestown waterfront around 7PM to listen to the Jamestown Community Band and settle in for some lively entertainment. $7 for adults, $5 for kids and/or $20 for a family. Hope to see you there!!
