An American Christmas – Thank You!!!

Despite the snow …. thanks to everyone who supported the J.C.C. this weekend! We had two very enthusiastic audiences who did some singing themselves! Both audiences sang along with “Ding Dong, Merrily On High” and “Let It Snow.”

Both audiences last seemed to enjoy the chorus’ the musical offerings and rose to their feet applauding following the finale – “A Musicological Journey Through the Twelve Days of Christmas” in both concerts.

The rest of the program featured works by American composers and arrangers. William Billings, Charles Ives, Morten Lauridsen and Eric Whitacre were a few of the composers featured in the concert. We will take a bit of a break but will start up in January 2026 to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary.
