The Everybody Chorus presented a concert on Sunday, May 22 at 3PM at the Jamestown Recreation Center to a very appreciative audience. The chorus put together a program entitled “THANKS” in honor of EVERYBODY who has worked to help us through and out of this pandemic. The chorus sang songs such as “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “The Wind Beneath My Wings.” The audience was treated to “Thank You For Being a Friend” and “You’ve Got a Friend” as well. We sang “Dona nobis pacem” in remembrance of the 1,000,000 Americans who have died because of the virus. The chorus will be taking the program on the road to local assisted living facilities as well as hospitals.
And talk about generous! The chorus raised over $500.00 to send along to Doctors Without Borders to aid in their work in Ukraine.
